All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET may be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email will be sent once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing an item or contains incorrect products, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@dreamdeckgames.com. Include your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue. We will resolve the issue by sending the missing item, issuing a replacement, or offering a refund as appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photos and contact us immediately at info@dreamdeckgames.com. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved. We may need this for claims with the carrier.
